Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Our service is performance based lead generation. Results depend on sustained campaign activity, ad platform learning periods, and how quickly you work the leads we deliver. For that reason, refunds are only considered once a campaign has had a fair opportunity to perform.
Minimum Qualifying Period:
To be eligible to raise a refund request, your campaigns must have run live and uninterrupted for a minimum of 30 consecutive days, and a minimum of $500 USD in Meta ad spend (or local currency equivalent) must have been incurred within that period. Both conditions must be met before a refund can be discussed.
Days on which campaigns are paused, restricted, or unable to run due to client action or inaction do not count toward the 30 day period. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Paused, reduced, or exhausted ad budgets
- Withdrawn or delayed access to ad accounts, pages, or business assets
- Ad accounts or assets disabled through client side policy issues
- Creative, copy, or offers left unapproved
- Failure to supply required assets, information, or approvals
Client Obligations:
Eligibility also requires that you have upheld your side of the arrangement during the qualifying period. That means responding to leads within a reasonable timeframe, maintaining a working phone number and contact channels, and engaging with reasonable optimisation requests from our team.
No Refunds for Change of Mind:
No refund will be issued where a client withdraws, changes their mind, decides not to proceed, or otherwise elects not to run or continue campaigns. This applies regardless of how much time has passed since sign up, and regardless of whether campaigns have been launched.
Ad Spend:
Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta and is never held or controlled by AllianceXP. Ad spend is non refundable by us under any circumstances. Any refund considered relates only to fees paid to AllianceXP.
Cancelling Your Agreement:
Either party may cancel by giving 14 days written notice. Notice takes effect from the date we receive it in writing at the contact email below. Your agreement, and any fees due under it, remain in force for the duration of the notice period, and campaigns continue to run unless you instruct us otherwise.
Cancelling your agreement is separate from requesting a refund, and giving notice does not by itself create a refund entitlement.
How Refunds Are Assessed and Paid:
Meeting the minimum criteria makes you eligible to request a refund. It does not guarantee one. Requests are reviewed case by case against campaign data, lead volume, lead quality, and client responsiveness.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our contact email. Where a refund is approved in writing, payment is issued within 14 days of approval, to the original payment method wherever possible.
Cancelling your agreement is separate from requesting a refund, and giving notice does not by itself create a refund entitlement.
Basis of Supply:
Our services are supplied on a business to business basis. Consumer cancellation and cooling off rights do not apply to this agreement.

Terms & Conditions
Automated Messages and Emails:
You will be receiving messages regarding your optin confirmation, booking confirmation and appointment reminders. Apart from this you will not receive any automated messages or emails.
Unsubscribe:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To cancel the appointment. Simply text "Cancel" to the shortcode and you will receive a confirmation regarding your cancelled appointment.

Delayed Messages:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency:
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 5 messages prior the appointment and one each upon optin and appointment no-show/cancel. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
