Automated Messages and Emails:

You will be receiving messages regarding your optin confirmation, booking confirmation and appointment reminders. Apart from this you will not receive any automated messages or emails.

Unsubscribe:

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To cancel the appointment. Simply text "Cancel" to the shortcode and you will receive a confirmation regarding your cancelled appointment.

Delayed Messages:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency:

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 5 messages prior the appointment and one each upon optin and appointment no-show/cancel. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Introduction

AllianceXP (“we”, “us”, or “our”) values the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose your information when you access our website doublej,media and when you use our services.

This policy is designed to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and informs you of your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

1. Core Offer Guarantee


At AllianceXP we guarantee the following under our paid client campaign agreement:

20 Booked Jobs Per Month – Defined as a customer with a fully quoted job

50 Exclusive Leads Per Month – Leads are generated through paid Meta advertising, exclusive to your campaign.

Consumer & Commercial Targeting – All prospects targeted will be pre-qualified customers of both commercial and residential, with our filtering process tailored to those looking for ready to quote jobs.

2. Guarantee Conditions


To be eligible for our refund and $1,000 compensation offer, the following conditions must be met:


Minimum Ad Spend:
Client must maintain an ad spend of at least $30 USD per day, consistently throughout the campaign.


Proof of Effort:

-You must provide video recordings or calendar evidence of all booked meetings / quoted jobs.

-You must attend all scheduled strategy calls and not miss more than 1 call per 30-day cycle.


Prompt Response:
You or your sales team must respond to leads within 24 hours via SMS, email, or call.


No Interference: Campaign structure, messaging, or funnel must not be changed or paused without prior agreement from AllianceXP.


CRM Usage: You must use the provided CRM system unless previously agreed upon.


Valid Contact Channels: You must provide accurate, working phone numbers and emails for lead outreach.


Billing Compliance: All invoices must be paid on time. Late payments by 5 days void any guarantee.


*Failure to meet these conditions will result in the guarantee being null and void.

3. Refund & Compensation Clause


If the conditions above are met and you do not receive the promised deliverables (20 booked jobs OR 50 exclusive leads per month), we will:

-Refund 100% of your most recent month’s service fee.

-Pay $1,000 USD to compensate you for your time.

4. SMS & Email Communication


You may receive the following automated messages:

-Confirmation of opt-in, booking, and appointment reminders.

-SMS reminders 5 times prior to your appointment.

-Notifications if appointments are cancelled or no-show.

To Unsubscribe: Text “STOP” at any time. To cancel an appointment, text “CANCEL.” You will receive confirmations for both actions.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message/data rates may apply.

5. Information We Collect


We collect personal data only when voluntarily submitted via forms, including:

-Full Name
